Domestic Shipments
*Free 1st class shipping, if you place your order online + it goes to a USA destination + with a product total over $50*
We offer 3 options for shipping within the United States: Free shipping, Priority Mail and Express Mail. Everything in stock will ship in 3-5 days, in the order they were received. Free shipping takes up to 8-12 days. Priority Mail, according to the USPS, takes approximately 4-6 days. Express Mail, according to the USPS takes approximately 2-3 days. After you place your items in your cart, within the secure Paypal site, and you enter the shipping address you will be offered 1-3 options and you will see the prices listed.

Import Duties, Taxes, Fees, etc.
Your country will charge you an import fee, tax and/or duty. This fee is due when you collect your product/package. Your country calculates, assesses and retains this fee. This fee is in addition to the payment for your order. The rules, regulations and fees vary from country to country. We do not know what that fee will be. Please contact your respective country's Import/Export Shipping Division to learn about restrictions and fees, before you place your order. See our Return Policy.
Shipping Options
We offer several options for International shipping. How do I track my order?
You will receive an automated email with the tracking information, as soon as we print your shipping label. This email will give you the name of the Shipping Currier and the tracking number, for you package.

I would love to gift wrap your item! I put it in a box, wrap it and put a pretty bow on top. Then I put it in a bigger box and send it to your recipient. After you place your order online, if you would like to see a proof of your design before I finish it up, please text the name your order is under (e.g. Proof please-Linda Smith) to (615) 490-2177. IMPORTANT: Sterling silver is an alloy containing metals that react with chemicals found in air and produce tarnish; high moisture levels, exposure to sunlight and contaminants such as salt water increase this reaction. Most tarnish is easily removed by using the free polishing cloth I include with each bracelet, necklace, anklet or earrings ordered.
