This is a Monogram Key Chain. You can put the initials in Hebrew or English. GMA is shown in English. You may also put a name e.g. Bubbe (in Hebrew or English) up to 3 characters are free. Everything is .925 sterling silver except the key ring. The Sterling Silver Picture Frame Charm holds 2 pictures (front and back). I would be happy to insert the pictures for you but it is very easy to do yourself. You can also switch out the pictures at any time.
